On Saturday, May 10, officers from the New Brunswick were among a cavalcade of law enforcement officials who rode through New Brunswick as part of the Police Unity Tour, stopping in front of the police department to lay a wreath in honor of William Van Arsdale and William Savage, two New Brunswick officers who died in the line of duty.

The Police Unity Tour is a national observance in honor of officers killed while serving their communities. New Brunswick is among one of eight chapters that participates annually in the event to raise money for the National Law Enforcement Officer’s Memorial and Museum.
