To commemorate National Poetry Month, April 2018, the New Brunswick Free Public Library will publish its 20th annual Poetry Month Celebration Anthology in conjunction with the Bernards Township Library and the Raritan Public Library.
The Poetry Anthology is open to all poets – from novice to previously published, and from New Jersey or across the globe. All poets are invited to read their published poems at the Poetry Reading at the New Brunswick Free Public Library on Monday, April 23th.
For details on submitting poems, a Poetry Submission Form is available at the Library’s Reference Desk or it can be downloaded from the library’s Web site at www.nbfpl.org. Interested persons can contact Librarian Jackie Oshman at email@example.com or call the library at (732) 745-5108, ext. 20 for more information.
The deadline for submissions is Friday, March 16th.
The Bernards Township Library, the New Brunswick Free Public Library and the Raritan Public Library are members of the Raritan Valley Federation of Libraries, a group of eight libraries that cooperate across municipal and county lines to promote cooperative library activities including reciprocal borrowing among its members so that a higher quality of library services for all residents within its area can be provided.
