Notice is hereby given that the City of New Brunswick proposes to reallocate $553,274 of HOME funds to a replacement activity to be amended to the 2017-2018 Consolidated Action Plan. The City of New Brunswick proposes to reallocate HOME funds to partially fund a multifamily development to be located at 45 Remsen Ave.
A public hearing regarding the proposed amendment will be held on Thursday, August 9th at 5:00pm in Civic Square Building, 25 Kirkpatrick St., 2nd floor.
The proposed amendment will be available August 10, 2018 for review and comment to interested citizens at the following locations during regular office hours:

All comments on the proposed amendment must be received by the Department of Planning, Community and Economic Development, in writing, no later than September 9, 2018.
The City of New Brunswick intends to submit this substantial amendment to HUD on or about September 10, 2018.
