Groups Sought to Participate in Trunk or Treat!

Community groups and volunteers are sought to help make Halloween special for New Brunswick kids at the annual Trunk or Treat event on Monday, October 31 at Lord Stirling Community School, 101 Redmond Street.

Trunk or Treat is a contained trick-or-treating event in which children are invited to the school parking lot to trick or treat out of the backs of the cars of community groups and residents. The event runs from 5-7 p.m. It is free and open to the community.

Volunteers are needed to bring their cars to the event to hand out candy as well as restock and direct participants. Candy donations are also being accepted to be handed out at the event.

This event is hosted by New Brunswick 4-H, Unity Square and PRAB’s Harmony Success Center.

Anyone interested in volunteering in the event is asked to contact Eva Sumano at Unity Square at
