New Brunswick City Council saluted longtime council member Elizabeth “Betsy” Garlatti on December 29, 2016 during her final meeting on the council after more than 12 years of service to the City of New Brunswick.
Council member Garlatti was sworn in on January 21, 2004. She served four years as council president from 2007-2011. Her current term as a council member ends on December 31, 2016.
