Mitch Karon, Executive Director of the New Brunswick Parking Authority has been elected President of the prestigious New Jersey Parking Institute by a unanimous vote of its Board of Directors.
The New Jersey Parking Institute, a division of The New Jersey Association of Parking Authorities and Agencies, is a professional association of Parking Administrators, Commissioners, vendors and consultants.
The Association is dedicated to solving the challenges of providing business, residential and public parking. The purpose of the Association is to plan, promote, and develop procedures and legislation, for the betterment of parking in the State of New Jersey, which has national application.
“I am honored to be chosen by my peers to help lead the New Jersey Parking Institute during this exciting period of new technology and innovation occurring within the parking industry,” Karon said.
The NJPI is an allied Association of the International Parking Institute and is dedicated to providing information, educational opportunities and support to the parking profession.
