The library is adding a fifth English conversation group!
A Literacy Programs of New Jersey ESL Conversation Group will meet every Saturday at the New Brunswick Free Public Library now through June 28th, 2014.
Participants engage in one-on-one or small group communication to practice English through free-flowing conversations in which everyone is friendly, different topics are covered and there are opportunities to speak to practice skills.
Although attendance is increasing, the library is still accepting interested individuals.
Session members must be over the age of 18 and able to speak some English. Each week the group will discuss a topic in English so they can improve their conversational skills. The sessions will be from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The library is located at 60 Livingston Avenue in New Brunswick.
To join this ESL Conversation Group, students should complete a registration form available at the library or download from the library’s website www.nbfpl.org/events and return it to the library or Literacy Programs
of New Jersey (LPNJ, 380 Washington Rd. Suite F, Sayreville, NJ 08872, Fax 732-432-8189) as soon as possible.
