New Brunswick, NJ, December 30, 2013 – Rutgers University is permitting New Jersey residents, age 62 or older the ability to attend courses at no cost.
The Senior Citizen Audit Program was created by the Rutgers University Board of Governors to allow those citizens to audit courses on a space available, noncredit basis with no tuition costs.
Courses are offered for auditing during the spring and fall semesters on the New Brunswick, Newark and Camden campuses. Online courses are not open to auditors. Auditing a course is a courtesy offered at the discretion of the professor.
