Project Inspire is a 4-day interactive program, for children ages 10 to 14 years old, that inspires young minds in the New Brunswick community to live a healthy and active life. The program provides educational lessons about nutrition, healthy snacks and ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle while exercising, playing sports and enjoying outdoor activities.
